I am a fully qualified Primary School Teacher with 15 years experience teaching children in Key Stage 1 and lower Key Stage 2. I have worked in an outstanding local state primary school and for a local independent school. My areas of expertise are phonics, reading and writing. My passion for teaching children to read and write led me to study for a level 5 Diploma in Strategic Teaching Support for Dyslexia and Literacy. I also hold a PGCert in SEND and Disability (level 7) and can administer the relevant psychometric tests and prepare a full diagnostic report for students up to the age of 16.

Spotting dyslexia isn’t always easy and can often be undiagnosed
throughout a child's early school years.
Signs vary from child to child but can include:
